Self-extinguishing real flame torch shall be manufactured from steel tubing. The handle shall be 1.510 in. in outside diameter and a wall thickness of .090 in. The Flame Containment Tubing shall be 1.760 in. outside diameter and a wall thickness of 0.65 in. The overall length of the Torch shall be 21.5 in. (55 cm) and a diameter of 1.7 in. (4.3 cm) and shall weigh 2.5 lbs. Finish shall be high temperature flat black paint.

Outer tubing slides down to expose perforated metal fire chamber that is 4 in. high, with a 1.5 in. outside diameter. In the open position the Fire Chamber can accept up to four GamFuel Pellets and is secured by a safety retaining spring. A latch button will be positioned on handle tubing to help secure Flame Containment Sleeve when hand held in the open position.

Flame Containment Sleeve shall be spring loaded to the inside handle tubing. Should the Torch be released for any reason it will automatically and swiftly engulf the entire fire chamber and the additional spring loaded Containment Lid will clamp over the top, smothering the flames. This swift operation is automatic any time the handle is released. A black hilt cap will be provided at the bottom to cover the handle opening.
