GAM ARTS CENTER REHEARSAL HALL & STUDIO

The GAM Arts Center Rehearsal Hall and Studio for Film and Video Production is ideally located in the heart of Los Angeles' busy theatrical communities, within a 15 minute drive of Culver City, the West Side and Hollywood Studios, Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Music Center. Located on Pico Boulevard just West of La Brea Avenue, it is less than a block from Venice and San Vicente Boulevards, and just a few blocks from the 10 Freeway. With the many neighborhood amenities nearby such as fast food services, restaurants and Starbuck's Coffee, it's a convenient and accessible location for your production requirements in the Los Angeles area.

The stage measures approximately 3,400 sq. ft., has 20' ceilings and a sprung wood floor covered in Masonite, making it ideal for dancers and music video productions. It also has its own loading dock directly into the studio, its own restrooms and storage rooms immediately adjacent to the stage, and an independent air conditioning and heating system. An 1800 AMP switch is available for your power requirements.

The Mezzanine Level overlooking the studio features a Green Room lounge measuring approximately 370 sq. ft. and a private production office approximately measuring 175 sq. ft. with DSL and phone lines. Secured parking for 15 cars is provided in the underground garage and street parking is available as well.
